Product Description

The pressure testing machine is mainly used to measure the compressive strength of building materials such as brick, stone and concrete.

 

The system comprises the digital servo valve, high precision sensor, controller and software, with high control accuracy and good reliability. It can meet the test requirements of the standards such as GB, ISO, and ASTM for materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete. It is applicable to the transformation of one channel or two channel microcomputer controlled automatic hydraulic pressure test machine or manual hydraulic pressur e test machine into microcomputer controlled automatic pressure test machine.

The system provides the following functions:
     Force closed loop control function.
     Equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading.
     Electronic measurement and automatic test using microcomputer.
     Automatically calculates the results and prints the report.
    Supports serial port or Ethernet communication mode.
