I. Application

R72 Concrete Resistivity and Rebar Corrosion Tester, it has the functions of R61 Rebar Corrosion Meter and R62 Concrete Resistivity Tester. It can use the concrete resistivity method and the half-cell potential method to detect the corrosion degree of the reinforcement inside the concrete at the same time. The machine is versatile, and the test results of the two methods can be mutually verified to determine whether rust occurs in the concrete.
 

II. Feature

1. Two methods of testing the degree of corrosion of the steel bars inside the concrete. The half-cell potential method and the resistivity method are suitable for different test sites, and the two test results can be mutually verified to further determine the degree of corrosion inside the concrete.
2. The rust test adopts a permanent reference electrode. The saturated copper sulfate solution is sealed in the reference electrode, and there is no need to replace the solution before and after the test. The operation process is simple, clean, and pollution-free.
3. The rust test automatically detects the ambient temperature. The instrument contains an automatic temperature measurement module, which can automatically test, record, and display the ambient temperature on site, without the need for an additional thermometer, which is convenient and quick.
4. The resistivity test method is simple. Using the traditional four-electrode method (Winner four-electrode method), the sponge plug sensor ensures good electrical contact, and it can be tested on the surface without breaking or drilling the concrete;
5. Including standard blocks. There is a standard test block to ensure the reliability of the measurement results;
6. The instrument can set the test date. Data storage test date, convenient for user data management;
7. Powerful professional windows data analysis and processing software. Express the test results in the form of graphic images (spectrograms, contours, etc.), you can directly generate Word test reports or import data into Excel, which is convenient and quick.
